Simple Low Cost & Delicious Crispy Fried Bean Curd

 

CRISPY  FRIED  BEAN CURD

 2     pcs       firm bean curd  cut into squares
1/2  cup     corn    flour
1/2  cup     sweet potato flour
2     cups     oil  for  deep – fry

Dipping Sauce:
2  tbsp     light  soy  sauce
1  tsp       sugar 
2  tsp       sesame oil
1  no.       red  chilly  chopped
2 cloves  garlic  chopped
coriander  leaves chopped
( mix well with seasoning  &  set aside )

Method:
1. Mix both flour together, put bean curd & coat evenly

2. Deep fry bean curd until golden brown

3. Remove, drain & serve with dipping sauce.

4. Needless to say, serve hot.

So, if you have a party.  Pre-prepare the dipping sauce and keep aside.  You can deep-fry the bean curd just before guests arrive and keep it  warm  in oven at around 80 deg C.
