 Foods that keep you young

Olive Oil:
Contains polyphenol, powerful antioxidants that help prevent age-related diseases.  The monosaturated fats in olive oil were largely responsible for the low rates of heart disease and cancer.

Yoghurt:
Yoghurt is rich in calcium which helps stave off osteoporosis and contain ‘good bacteria’ that help maintain gut health and diminish the incidence of age-related intestinal illness.  Eat Yoghurt for long lives. 增加多几个十年!

Is abundance with Omega-3 fats which helps prevent cholestrol build-up in arteries and protect against abnormal heart rhythm.

Chocolate:
Drink beverage made with generous proportion of coca, which is unusually rich in flavanols that help preserve the healthy function of  blood vessels.  Maintaining youthful blood vessels lower risk of high blood pressure, type 2 diabets, kidney diseas and dementia.

Nuts:
Nuts are rich sources of unsaturated fats, so they offer benefits similar to those associated with olive oil.  Nuts also have concentrated sources of vitamins, minerals and other phytochemicals, includingantioxidants.  Eating nuts, on average, extend your lifespan by  extra 2.5 .

Blueberries:
Compound in blueberries (and other berries) mitigate inflamation and oxidate damage, which are associated with age-related deficits in memory and motor function.
