Recipe for Curing Lower Back Pain

Using too much of your lower back? Can try this remedy on a regular basics, might help. Learn from market aunties!

Serve 4:

70g Dried Fish Maw (花胶) – Soak it in boiling water until soft, cover the lid

3 Chicken Thigh – skin it and blanch in boiling water for 5 mins 

15g Qi Zhi (wolfberry) – Soak in water

25g Ginger – slightly smash it

1 litre boiling water

1) Put all the prepared ingredients into the 1 litre boiling water. 

2) Cover the pot, high fire for 5 mins. Lower heat and simmer until the chicken is done. 

Understood that Dried Fish Maw can helps mend worn-out cells and strengthen the muscle mass.

Healthy Recipe – Marcaroni with Steamed Cheese

I came  across this recipe accidentally but I modified it to become more  healthier and delicious!

Serve 2:  

200g  Macaroni (you can use spaghetti but have to cut into 1″ length after cooking in water)

480g  brocoli or asparagus – cut into 1″ length

150g  Minced pork with 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

4 slices chesdale cheese (any brand will do) 

16 button mushrooms – slice it 

1 clove garlic – mince it

3 tbsp oil  

1)  Boil the macaroni until al dente (tender crisp) with a pinch of salt

2)  Heat wok, fry garlic, in minced meat, mushrms, broccoli. When almost cook,in macaroni. Fry awhile.  

3)  Dish into a plate, arrange the ingredients and top it with cheese slices

4)  Steam for 3mins in boiling water. 

Only 1 type of sauce added but DELICIOUS!!!!
